Again I find myself writing up a post at the almost last minute.
NaBloPoMo has been a good exercise – gotten me to get off my ass and write about things that are long overdue – but I’m pretty much done.
I just feel that at this time, I’ve exhausted my post pool. I guess that’s the idea – to catch up on your backlog which then forces you to generate new content.
The problem is, at this point, I don’t feel much like generating new content – and I have 10 more posts to go after this.
I should just be honest with myself and duck out now, but I’m almost done – I should just finish it. Perhaps I should do more situational posts – i.e. one at my ‘coffeeshop’, one drunkpost, etc.
Yeah, booze makes everything better. Now I have content for two – I only need 8 more…
There’s two things to do during a blackout- drink, and- okay, one thing.
Hey you can do it! 10 more posts, you’ve already done, what, 20?
It does get more difficult, I agree, to generate daily content. I’ve felt strained, especially when I have a lot of other stuff going on or am under asap deadlines at work. But still, I’ve enjoyed reading your posts. I wish more people were participating but I know the idea of doing one a day is daunting.
And I would LOVE a drunkypants post from you! Just like them olden days…
I’m a dork. I printed out a monthly calendar and filled in what I wanted to write every day for 31 days so I wouldn’t have to worry about what to write. Sometimes I change it, but at least I have a backup topic.
Anyway, it’s been fun having friends write again. I hope you’ll at least do one a week after this or something.
