Thanks to a friend’s post, I learned this morning that SDT is working on a recycling program. It would appear that they require 500 signups per area/zipcode in order to enable service in the area, so sign up and pass it on!
You can learn more and/or sign up at sdtwds.com/recycle/ – on the right of the page you can click on your zip and see the number of people who have signed up / expressed interest.
So please, re-post this. While you may not be interested in recycling, you may have readers that I / others don’t have who are interested.
I signed up lasterday after you messaged me about it and it still says that there’s only 11 requests in my ZIP. I’ll bet they have to hand-poke the data into the map.
