Bicycle: A Buttdate.

Latest update on the recovering tail bone:
I can ride a bike! Hawesome.

I’m healing pretty quickly I’d say, but I can tell I still have a while to go. The act of sitting up from a lying down position still hurts (well, more like a bad ache but you get the idea), along with a number of similar actions/motions. But overall, much better.

I am going to attend this Thursday’s derby practice, and skate for a bit – just see how it feels. The smart move would be to not scrimmage, and so I won’t. Assuming that regular skating isn’t too painful, the chances of re-hurting myself greatly increases in a scrimmaging situation. I’m resolved to take it easy and heal all proper-like.

  1. yay for recovery! i remember how shit it was when i broke my pelvis (i guess you do too cause i think you pushed me around for a bit)….so good luck! be careful, too!
