They’re afraid.

DamienLast night Dana, Sonny, Lara, and I heeded the Omen.

I liked it. I loved the soundtrack (and am currently looking for it online) and overall thought they did a good job with this remake. The editing and effects were all pretty well done. Then there’s the kid. Little bastard only said two damn words in the entire movie (see the title of this post). I liked him and his blue eyes.

Oooh! And there were monkeys! Yay!

Also, I thought Mia Farrow was an excellent choice as the Nanny, especially considering her previous role in Rosemary’s Baby. Nice touch, guys.

Added bonus? Watching Julia Stiles die (Ghi, I know you’ll like that).

Afterwards, food at Angeli. For once, I didn’t have a horrible experience. For once.

So the overall consensus? Pretty good. Unfortunately, the original is hazy in my memory for proper comparison. Will have to watch it again.
